PROJECT BRIEF: When Morganstone approached us, they were looking for someone who could produce a video that would showcase their recent property development with Westacres.

For this video it was particularly important to our clients that the shots and style of the video matched their sophisticated aesthetic. In order to achieve this we use high-end film techniques to create smooth tracking shots. We used our MoVi M15 to capture seamless moving footage and cranes to capture the vast exteriors of the properties. We used pull focuses to draw the eye to certain features and used close ups to capture other details.
During the editing we worked hard to ensure that everything was exactly to the client’s liking, and even did some VFX work to remove shadows. The end result is a video that matches the company branding and ticks all the boxes that the client set out for us.
